The answer is yes. You can tell your customers that they can return their orders to us. With the packing slip that we put in each order, as well as in your company's return policy, you can make this happen.

During the set-up process, your account manager will go over return instructions with you. We will follow those instructions. This could include restocking undamaged goods and getting rid of or consolidating any damaged goods.

We can do some quality checks on items that are sent back to us. For more information, please call your sales rep.

If your customer returns an order because of a pick or pack mistake, Fulfillment Depot will send them a new order right away at no extra charge. In addition, we will try to figure out what caused the error so that we can make sure it doesn't happen again in the future.
